COSTS
When booking, we require 25% deposit, (non-refundable). We will hold the period open for 5 days from date of telephone or email reservation until receiving deposit. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We also request a refundable security deposit of £150.00. This should be post-dated to 2 weeks prior to arrival date and is normally refunded a few days after you leave assuming no loss or damage has occurred.
Please let us know how many beds need to be made up and our French house keeping lady will have them ready for your arrival. Also, say if you need wifi connection & access key will be forwarded. Both are inclusive in the price.
Electricity is charged at the equivalent of 12 pence per Kw. When you arrive the house keeper will read the meter with you and again when you leave. She will work out how much has been used and tell you the cost which is to be paid on departure in euros .
The rental price covers bed linen & end of stay clean, it does not cover cleaning the wood burning stove or the BBQ. Please leave these clean & ready for the next visitors.
Availability calenders are kept up to date but occasionally we have requests coinciding for the same period at the same time. We do our utmost to accomodate peoples wishes & respond to enquiries asap to help ensure bookings proceed in a smooth and timely manner.
